How to view notes that are assigned by the planner to your duties.

Detailed Explanation
Click the Scroll Down vertical scroll bar.
The schedule often contains notes on duties that you should review.
Activity notes for the day are shown here. Select the duty to view more details.
Click the Mon 14th table cell.
Each of these square blocks represents a note. Let's take a look at the top note.
Click the Top Note check box.
You can see here that a meal is going to be served on board.
Let's now expand this hotel note.
Click the Bottom Note image.
Click the Scroll Down vertical scroll bar.
Day notes are shown. Notes can be created even where there are no activities planned for that day.
