Giving Up Rostered Duties To A Specific Person
How to perform a one-way trade using the Trade board and give rostered duties to a single, selected person.

2 Detailed Explanation
In this scenario, you want to give away some of the work that has been rostered to you. This means that you would not be paid, nor expected to do the duties.
Click
the Menu button.
Click
the Trade board button.
Your trade board displays your tradable, rostered duties. You can choose which to give up.
Click
the Scroll Down vertical
scroll bar.
Click
the Fri 15 row.
Fri the 15th is the day and the pairing that you cannot work and want to give away.
Click
the FRI 15 check
box.
You can now see the activities that make up the duties.
Click
the One way button.
Now that the duties that we want to trade are selected, let's select the person to trade with.
Click
the Crew dropdown
button.
Enter 57557 into
the Crew field.
Click
the 57557, Pena, JASON list
item.
Click
the Comment input
field.
Enter Please
pick up my offered pairing into the Comment field.
Click
the Send button.
Click
the Submitted requests button.
Here is your submitted request. If you change your mind you can click the check box and Undo button.
Please
click Next to continue.
Click
the Logout button.
Next, let's review how the selected crew receives the request.
Click
the Menu button.
Click
the Trade board button.
Here is the offer. You can click on the Fri 15th row to expand the offer and see the offer details.
Click
the Fri 15 row.
Click
the Accept button.
Next, as the original requester, let's review whether the trade was successful.

the Menu button.
Click
the Trade board button.
Click
the OK button.
The requester can now see that the trade was successful.
