Offering Rostered Duties To A Pool Of People 

How to offer rostered duties to the configured group of people with whom you share duties (e.g., flight attendants with the same qualifications).

Detailed Explanation 

Interaction 1 Click the Menu button.

Interaction 2 Click the Trade board button.

Interaction 1 Click the Current Roster tab.

Interaction 1 Click the Scroll Down vertical scroll bar.

Interaction 1 Click the Sat 9th row.

This is the duty that you want to give up. 

We need to scroll down so we can see all of the details.

Interaction 1 Click the Scroll Down vertical scroll bar.

You can now see all of the rostered activities. 

Interaction 1 Click the NB5745 table cell.

Interaction 1 Click the TradeBoard button.

You are posting the duties to a group of people and have the opportunity to make any comments that you feel may be appropriate, such as why you need to give up the duty. Alternatively, you don't have to make any comment at all. 

Interaction 1 Click the Comment input field.

Interaction 2 Enter For anybody to pick up into the Comment field.

Interaction 3 Click the Post button.

You have now logged off and logged back in again as a different person, who is available to pick up the duties we posted. 

Interaction 1 Click the Menu button.

Interaction 2 Click the Trade board button.

Interaction 1 Click the TradeBoard button.

    This  icon indicates that there is a comment on the row. Notice, it is the same comment you just added.

Interaction 1 Click the Sat 9 row.

Interaction 1 Click the Pick up button.

Interaction 1 Click the Yes button.

The message, "has been awarded" in the yellow box indicates success.
