"Company Documents" are used if you want to publish memos or documents to crew members in Mobile. You can also set it to force a confirmation if needed.
Field descriptions
Name | This is a mandatory field. |
Shortcode | This is a mandatory field. |
Filter | This is a mandatory field. The filter controls to which crew members the document is available. |
Document File Path | Location of the document, E.g., c:\temp |
Document File Url | URL Address of the document and the name of the document. See below. |
Valid From/To | The period the document is available. |
Must Confirm | The crew must confirm that the document is read. |
In the grid, you can see when the crew viewed and confirmed the document.

and the dialog with available documents will open. Documents are uploaded using the "Company Document Upload" function.
