The Consolidated Hotel Report is like the Hotel Report (currently with less options), which will consolidate the bookings when applicable.
The following report setup options exist besides the standard ones:
- Hotel - Select one or all hotels to be included in the report.
- Filters - This is an HR filter that you can use to limit the report to a given crew as defined in the filter.
- Stations - Select the stations to include in the report. Since a station can include more than one hotel, then all hotels for that station will be reported. (In this case there is no need to select a hotel in the filter above)
Due to its nature, this report will only show assigned bookings. Below is an image of how the report will generate.
