Hotel Report

The Hotel Report provides a list of all bookings existing currently in the system. You can apply different selection options.


The following report setup options exist besides the standard ones: 

  • Sorting - Allows you to sort the report output.  
  • Filter - Select the hotel bookings statuses you want to include in the report. 
  • Stations - Allows you to include all stations or a given layover station. If you want to include unassigned booking, you cannot use this filter. 
  • Hotel Filter - Select all or specific hotels in your report.
  • Human Resource Filter - You can limit the report to certain crew. 
  • Roster Filters - You can limit the report to certain rotations by using an appropriate filter. 
  • Hide Nights - The nights count will not be included in the report. 
  • View only assigned -  By selecting this option, you will exclude unassigned bookings from the report. This means that the actual bookings assigned to crew are included in the report. 
  • View only unassigned - Selecting this option you will exclude the assigned booking from being included in the report. What you obtain then are all bookings that have been removed from crew and that are being held or that have been canceled. 
  • Show Flight Number - If selected, the arriving and departing flight number will be included in the report. 
  • Show Pickup - If selected, the pickup times (from/to airport) will be included in the report. 
  • Show intersected days - By default, only bookings that start in the reported period will be included in the report. If you select this option, bookings that touch the reported period will be included in the report.
