Exports (in Automation Factory)
Export jobs are mainly used to generate and export reports on a regular basis.
Go to ‘Automation Factory’ and click the Exports tab.
Creating a new Export Report
Go to ‘New’
Data: Scheduled Type by Time Interval
Exports are done depending on the "Scheduled Type" you select:
Scheduled Type | Time Interval | Filter | Period | Active |

Templates
Select Template type, Message Type, and Filter.
System Report is the a standard report.
Select the Template Type. System Message has a syntax defined by the system. This means that the selected template can be any. Templates for system messages are hardcoded.

Own Export is a message template set up in Integration Factory,
When one of these has been selected, select template or report and if applicable, a criteria for the template.
Template is linked to the selected Data Type.

The header, delimiter, and footer have the same selection:
Criteria is linked to a filter.
System Report
Format
You can select the format of the report.
Last step is to define the receivers.
Click the ADD button to set up this function:
Select the Com Channel and the Com Channel Instance.
