Accessing Facility Types
You can access Facility Types by clicking the button:
Facility Types is the agency. Some examples are:
- Airport Information
- Customer Services
- Customs
- Ground Handlers
- Catering
- Fuel Company
- Duty Station Manager
- Tower
- Terminal Control.
You can create a new facility type, edit an existing one, take a copy, and delete a facility type. Before you create a new facility type, search to see that it's not already in the system and just set as Not Active. By unchecking Show Active, you´ll have a complete list of all Facility Types and can activate one by checking the Active box.
Creating a new Facility Type
Click the New button to create a new facility.
Fill in the following information in the fields:
- Name - The name of the facility. This is a mandatory field.
- Available - User Groups that can see the facilities. This needs the user group access from the Station and/or Facility.
- Selected - User Groups that can view this information also in Mobile. Add a group by moving the user group from the "Available" to the "Selected" column on the right-hand side.
- Default Attribute 1 - 3 - Select the attribute.
Click the Active checkbox.
Click the Save button.
