Edit Selected Activities
Mark the different activities to be edited then right-click. Select the option Edit in the “Selected” section of the context menu.
This opens the Edit Activity Window.
In this dialogue, you can perform the following:
Add or remove Roster Designators: Select the option Add or Remove and select the roster designator or designators. Then click APPLY and finally UPDATE.
Add or remove Legal Exceptions: Select the option Add or Remove and select the legal exception or exceptions. Then click APPLY and finally UPDATE.
Add a transaction code: Check the setting Set Transaction Code and select the transaction code. Then click APPLY.
Set Hotel: If the selected activities are hotel activities, then select the option Set hotel and select the hotel name from the drop-down list or use Auto to apply the default hotel.
Adjust Start or End Time: If the activity is a reference activity, select the same activity for all crew (on the same date) and define the start or end time, then click APPLY and finally UPDATE.
Adjust Check-In or Check-out time: Select all the crew that have the same check in time (and activity leading to it) and change the check in time, then click APPLY and finally UPDATE.
