Confirming a Revision and Viewing Roster 

In this topic, you will learn how to confirm that you have seen changes to your upcoming duties then view your full roster. 

We estimate that this will take 3 minutes to complete.


Detailed Explanation

Interaction 1 Click the Menu button.

To view any changes (also known as revisions) to your roster, navigate through the menu to the My Revisions button.

Interaction 2 Click the My Revision button.

You can access My Revision through the Human Resource tab. 

Interaction 1 Click the P32135 activity.

Clicking the activity provides you with the details of the revision to your duty.

Entries under the green line are the changed duties. 

Entries under the red line are previous duties. 

Interaction 2 Click the Confirm button.

HINT 

Depending on the configuration that your airline has set up, you may be able to confirm the revision from the landing page.  

In order for a revision to be added to your roster, you must accept the changes. This confirms back to your planner that you have seen the changes and understand when you are needed for your duties.

Interaction 1 Click the Menu button.

You have now confirmed your duties. Let's continue to view your roster. 

Interaction 2 Click the My Roster button.

Interaction 1 Click the Tue 6 February row.

Your upcoming duties for this roster period display. You can click any line to expand and see the details of that duty.  

Interaction 1 Click the 1st activity arrow for Feb 6.

You can now see the details pertaining to the activity of that duty. 

Interaction 1 Click the Previous button.

You can navigate between roster periods using the Previous and Next buttons. 

Interaction 1 Click the Next button.

SUCCESS 

Congratulations! You have successfully confirmed a revision and viewed your roster.
