Giving up Rostered Duties
Click the Menu button.
In this scenario, you want to give away some of the work that has been rostered to you. This means that you would not be paid, nor expected to do the duties.
Click the Trade board button.
Click the SUN 17 MAR check box.
Your trade board displays your tradable, rostered duties. You can choose which to give up.
Sunday, March 17th is the day and the pairing that you cannot work and want to give away.
Click the One way button.
You can now see the activities that make up the duties.
Click the Human resource dropdown button.
Now that the duties that we want to trade are selected, let's select the person (crew) to trade with.
Click the 101490, WARD, KRISTEN list item.
Click the Note input field.
Click the OK button.
For the purpose of this demonstration, we have completed the note for you.
Canceling a request
Click the Submitted requests check box.
Here is your submitted request. If you change your mind, you can click the check box then the Undo button. The crew you selected to give up your duties to can accept or reject it from their side.
Click the Undo button.
Click the OK button.

Congratulations! You have successfully gave up rostered duties to a specific person then cancelled the request.
