The conditions for Check In are defined in the Setup parameters:

| CheckInStart | Defines how many minutes prior to departure a crewmember can check-in. |
| CheckInUsePositionData | Defines if the crewmembers current location should be used to determine if they should be allowed to check-in or not. Options are True or False. |
| CheckInDistanceFromStation | Used, along with CheckInUsePositionData to define the distance from the check-in station that the crewmember must be within in order to check-in. |
When a flight is open for check-in, the crew will have access to the Check-in button. Click the Check-in button for the system to confirm the check-in.
It will then show the check-in has been completed.
In the Crew Gantt, you will see a green triangle indicating that the crew has checked in.
Missing CI time can be monitored by a rule and a Task filter.
The Crew Controller can manually check-in the crew.
