Cancelling a flight
To cancel a flight, right click the flight leg. After, select the Cnl icon on the bottom right, under ‘Irregular’.
First, select an ASM Reason code for the cancellation.
Additionally, you can add a comment (this is optional).
Then, click the NEXT button.
Select the messages that should be sent out. The message to be sent can be viewed by clicking the icon.
Click the SAVE button to update the information and process the messages.
The leg is now shown, in red, on the Gantt in the ‘Cancel’ section at the bottom of your screen.
The comment created is shown as a note on the flight leg.
Reinstating a cancelled leg
To reinstate a canceled leg, right-click it then select the Rein icon.
Select an ASM Reason code for the cancellation.
Add a comment (Optional).
Click the Next button to open the Message window.
Click on Save to update the information and process the messages.
The flight is sent back to the active flights. You will see the notes we created in the messages, and the red scattered lines indicate an AD-HOC change.
History
Right-click a flight and select Hist. to display a grid of the history changes.
