Downloading your Calendar 

In this topic, you will learn how to set up a link between your calendar on a PC, phone, or tablet and N-OC Mobile.

Detailed Explanation

Click the Menu button.

Click the Download roster button.

The Download roster button appears on the Human Resource tab. This feature may not be available to you if your airline has not enabled it in the settings.

You can choose to copy the calendar into your browser and subscribe to it via the Copy link button. Alternatively, you can download the calendar that synchronizes your roster with N-OC Mobile. For the purpose of this demonstration, we will download the calendar to an Apple Calendar.  

Click the Download button.

Click the Open hyperlink.

SUCCESS 

Congratulations! You have successfully downloaded the calendar onto your device. It is now open and synchronizes with N-OC Mobile. Changes made to the roster will synchronize, but may take some time to come through. It may take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to change.
