You can request to swap vacations with other crewmembers using the Vacation Swaps icon on the main menu.
Swap of vacation is controlled by rules and filters specified in the setup parameters.
From a crewmember’s perspective, let's review how to make a vacation swap request.
- Select the day you want to swap.
- Select the person you want to swap with. Scroll to the bottom of the dialog and click the Swap button.
Note: The Vacation Swap function is used only for a request. Once you click the Swap button, a request is sent to the Crew Planner, who will then confirm or reject the request.
