You can access the Addresses area through this icon:
The addresses in this dialog is not the physical address, but virtual addresses like Email. The addresses are used throughout the system.
The following fields are available when creating an address:
| Field | Description |
| Name | Enter the name of the address. This is a mandatory field. |
| VOIP (Voice Over IP) | Enter the address of the VOIP. |
| Email | Enter the email address. |
| Type B (SITA) | Enter the address of SITA. |
| Phone and Mobile | Enter the phone numbers of the address. |
