Creating and Assigning Company Documents
How to upload, create, and assign Company Documents to crew, for ADMIN only.

Uploading Company Documents
Click the N-OC Search button.
Using the N-OC Search button, you can search for tools and options within the application.
Let's search for Company Documents.
Enter company into the Search field.
Click the Company Documents Upload button.
Click the Choose File button.
Double-click the GDPR EXAMPLE.pdf list item.
Click the Update button.
Click the Close button.
You have successfully uploaded a Company Document.
Next, let's create and assign the document.
Click the N-OC Search button.
Let's search for Company Documents.
Enter company into the Search field.
Click the Company Documents button.
Click the New button.
Click the Name input field.
Click the Shortcode input field.
In this case, the text is generated for you.
Click the Filter dropdown button.
Click the AAAll Flight Crew (Active) list item.
Click the button.
HINT
You can also enter a URL into the Document File Path. In this case, select the file icon to attach a file previously uploaded.
You can add the validity date range to the document. The document will no longer be visible after the Valid To date is reached.

Attach the GDPR file.

The documents available here for selection are previously uploaded using the Company Documents Upload.
Click the Must Confirm check box.
Click the Active check box.
Click the Save button.
Click the Close button.
