Training session parameters Here you define the most important fields of a training session that shall be populated for each generated training session (see also training session dialog). One can save those settings as a template (see right hand side combo box group with refresh, save and delete buttons). Saved template can be reused later when generating the same (or almost the same values) for different date (valid from/valid to), time (start/end), frequency periods. | |

Training matching This wizard allows user to run semi-automatic training assignment based on selected training pattern and selected crew members (i.e. pilot to be trained) and instructors (human resources that can be used as instructors). | |

Before running the wizard, the following must be done: · fill input parameters (select people to be trained (students) and instructors, select period for matching against students and instructor’s rosters and select training pattern that student(s) shall take part in) · press "Calculate" button · Check results of the calculation shown in the bottom table · select rows in the bottom table which shall be saved (that are in fact roster activities waiting for saving) · press "Save" button Additional information (warnings or errors) are shown in a status bar in the bottom of the wizard page. | |

Period: | Start and end dates for rosters (for selected students (Human resource tab) and instructors (Instructor tab)) against which training pattern shall be compared/processed |
Training pattern: | defines training pattern (training schema / syllabus curriculum) that selected students (Human resource tab) shall take part in |
Human resource tab: | Students that we would like to be trained |
Search: | Allows user to enter part of a name or employee number the "Available" list shall be filtered |
Filter: | Select HR filter from the "Available" list |
Apply button: | Executes filtering (based on Search textbox value and/or selected filter option) |
Available list (left hand side): | Shows all HRs fulfilling filtering criteria |
Selected list (right hand side): | Shows all HRs that shall be treated by semi-automatic training assignment algorithm as student that shall be trained |
Buttons between Available list and Selected list: | Allows user to select and unselect students (move HR(s) between both lists) |
Instructors tab: | Instructors that we would like to be treated by semi-automatic training assignment algorithm as potential instructors |
Search: | Allows user to enter part of a name or employee number the "Available" list shall be filtered |
