My Documents is a function in N-OC Fire and Cloud for crew members to monitor their document expiry.
Cloud: Crew can see the documents but they can't edit or create new.
Fire: My Documents is a function in N-OC Fire for crew members to monitor their document expiry.

The information is pulled for each crew members document information in Human Resource.
