My Documents is a function in N-OC Mobile and Web for crewmembers to monitor their document expiry. You can access the My Documents area by clicking this button.:

Crew can view the documents, but they cannot edit or create a new document.
N-OC Mobile
In N-OC Mobile, My Documents displays as shown below.
The information is pulled for each crew members document information in Human Resource.
