To access the RQM (Request Message), click this icon:

If you are missing flight times or loads (MVT and LDM) from a station, you can send an RQM message.
Right-click a flight and select the RQM icon.
You can request Actual departure, Actual Arrival, or Actual LDM (Load message). The system creates a separate message for the three options.

Events
To make this work, you have to create an event for each station in the Automation Factory that shall be able to receive the message.
Go to Automation Factory and select the EVENTS tab.
Field descriptions
RQM | Send all three message types to the same address. |
RQMArr | Send to Arrival station. |
RQMDep | Send to Departure station. |
RQMLDM | Load message send to Arrival station. |
Create RQM message templates for each request message as shown above.
