Follow these steps to add a new employee or crew member to the database.
Choose “Human Resources” from the main menu and click the NEW button on the bottom left.
The following page appears. Insert the mandatory fields (First Name, Last Name, Employee Number), and don't forget to check the Active box. After, click the OK button.
After that, you will end up on the following page, which is the employee’s profile. You can add several additional data about the employee.
Note: Each crew member must belong to at least one User Group (more than one can be checked).
