When working on a crew or other staff in the Gantt, you automatically claim that person so no one else can work with that person at the same time.
- You will then have a green line at that person and it's visible to you who (or those) you have claimed.
- Persons claimed by other users will appear with a red line in your Gantt and are not available for you to work on.
To release the claim: Right-click on the selected crew member and press the Claim icon.
When you release the claim, the green line disappears.
You can not claim a person by clicking the icon, only release.
To release several persons at once or other Users' claims, you need to use the Claims Manager.
