The icon for Training Facilities:
This function allows you to create and use your airline’s training facilities in N-OC. On the Landing Page of Training Facilities, there are some fields that need to be filled in.
Field | Description |
| Name | Enter in the name of the Training Facility. This is a mandatory field. |
| Shortcode | Give the Training Facility a shortcode. This is a mandatory field. |
| Station | This is the location of where the facility is and what the local time of it is. |
| Company | Only "training" companies display in a combo box. Refer to the Configuration article to find out how to configure "training company type" properly in Setup.

| Comment | Enter free text field for some additional information, such as the Facility's address. |
| Training Sessions Types | You can define what can be "learned" concerning Training Session Types. |
| Equipment Qualifications | You can define what Equipment Qualification can be "learned" in that facility. |
| Quality Level | This defines what training facility level is covered by this facility. An example is Full Flight Simulator Level A - D. |
