The HELP information can be found in the top right corner of the N-OC screen and in the dialog windows in N-OC.
Here is an example to illustrate how you can access HELP from the dialog windows:
The user needs to know more about Document Types, and clicks the icon. The "Document Types" window opens.
The help symbol is displayed as shown above and below.
By clicking it, the user is directed to a web page displaying the relevant HELP information for this dialogue window.
