You can access My Documents through this tab:
My Documents is a function in N-OC Mobile and Web for crewmembers to monitor their document expiry. In this article, we present the N-OC web related functionality. The window is accessible from the option Human resources / My Documents. This opens a window, which lists:
- all documents the crew is currently holding
- showing the expiry date
- the name of the document (applicable for passports or licenses)
- issue date
- the date of any file upload to that given document.
Crew can see the documents, but they can't edit or create new ones.
