You can access the Net Reserve Grid through this tab:
User right NetReserveGrid should be enabled to see this dialogue.
Net reserve grid is based on the defined Net reserve quotas groups. The reference activities are defined in the setup parameter ReserveReferenceActivities.
Available reserves calculate all human resources with ”reserve reference activities” on each day in the period. Open duty periods calculate all pairings that is unassigned for the rank (taken from the filter in Net reserve quotas group definition).
Net reserves are the Available reserves minus the open duty periods for the selected BRQ. It will show red if it is below or equal to the minimum required buffer in the next column. If it is green, it is above the minimum required buffer.
Click the RUN button to recalculate the grid.
In case you are using net reserve sub-types and these have been added to the Net Reserve Quota. After, the Net Reserve Grid will present the available reserves by their type. Note that the open duty periods will be a unique value.
