This is the dialog where you can create a new station or change the "Active" status.
Mandatory Fields:	Char:	Description:
IATA	3	IATA code of the airport
Name	50	Name of the airport
City		Name of the city that associate to the airport
Slot level		1. Non Coordinated 2. Schedulefacilitated 3. Coordinated.
Active	True/false	Default is false. In order to use the station in other parts of the system it must be true (Ticked)
Optional Fields:
Country	Drop down	Country of the airport. The country must be active in the Countries database
ICAO	4	ICAO code
Longitude	2dot13	Exact longitude. Select East or West
Latitude	2dot13	Exact latitude. Select North or South
