Reason codes

This window contains the following reason codes: 

  • Delay: Numeric (IATA Shortcode2) or Alphanumeric (Short code)
  • ASM Reason: Four character ASM change reason.
  • Reason: Reason codes are used for roster changes.
  • Request Reject: Reason codes are used for rejected request.
  • Compensation: Reason codes used for compensation days

To view an existing code, click the name or mark the box by clicking it then click the EDIT button.

    

Note: Numeric (IATA Shortcode2) or Alphanumeric (Short code) are controlled by the setup parameter DelayCodeFormatIATA.

Sub Delay codes

Sub Delay codes are used as a supplement to the main reason.

Enter the text "Name" and a Shortcode.

Sub delay codes are used in Departure messages.

Visible to crew

The code will be visible on the crew mobile.
