We see a lot of costumers having difficulties with the renewal of the secret of the Microsoft 365 com channel used in N-OC.
Below are the steps needed to
1. In your Microsoft 365 account, navigate to Azure Active Directory > App registrations.
2. In App registrations, navigate to Certificates & secrets.
3. Click New Client Secret.
4. Enter a description.
5. In the Expires area, select 24 Months.
6. Click Add.
7. Copy the generated secret from the Value column.
8. Back in the N-OC Com Channel configuration, paste the secret in the Client's shared secret field.
9. Press Authenticate to check the functionality.
10. Save.
