The Search functionality is located in the top right corner of the N-OC screen.
You can use the Search icon to locate various types of contacts in N-OC, such as:
- Station Facility Name
- Station IATA ICAO Name
- User Contact Name.
To search, enter a search text string and click the SEARCH button.
You can click on contact information to use it, such as:
- sending an email
- making a phone call
- sending a text message
- using VOIP
- calling someone on Skype.
Below are examples of screenshots of what populates when you click some of the various options for a contact's information.
Note: To be able to send messages from Search, you must add the originator addresses to their user profile.
