The quota is used to control how many crews as defined by a leave group that can be on vacation in the selected period. You can define one limit for the whole request season, one per month, or get even more granular. You can have several periods with different quotas.
Create a new Quota and attach it to a Leave Quota Group.
Below are the descriptions of the fields:
- Valid From/To: Period where the quota value is valid.
- Value: The number of crew on vacation per day.
- Margin: Not implemented.
- Note: You cannot have periods that overlap for a given quota group.
