To control the number of vacation days that can be allocated to a crew group you need to make a Quota Group. The parameters that define the leave quota group are:
- Name: A name that describes the group.
- Human Resource Filter: The HR Filter which will select the crew that belongs to the quota group.
- Valid From / To: Period for which this quota group is valid. Note that these definitions can be used for multiple periods. The actual limits are defined in Leave Quota.
