My Roster

Introduction

My Roster is a functionality for active Crew (Human Resource) to view their published assigned activities. There is no limitation for crew to login to either Mobile or Web. Both platforms offer the same roster view capabilities. Note that this is valid when the setting UseLegacyMyRoster in setup is set to FALSE. If set to true an old version of MyRoster will be displayed, which will be deprecated in the coming releases.

The roster is individual, but depending on the settings defined in Setup / AllowViewEachOtherRoster, the crew can check the rosters of other crew members. In this case, a dropdown list with the available crew names is available in the header of the MyRoster window. The crew has an option to get a printed version of the roster by clicking the Print button. This report is similar to what is obtained when running the Roster Report. Crew can select to include Crew On Board or not by checking this option. Additional setup options are explained further below in this article.

It is possible to include a monthly summary for given legality calculators. The default behavior for the page is to add up the daily values in the month. The values shown here are defined in Setup / CalculatorsShownInCrewLabelsInMobile.

Each day is a clickable bar that shows a summary of activities for the day. If there is a check-in on that day, it shows the check-in time and station where this happens. (Normally on the left side.) In the middle, it will show the code of the first activity of the duty together with the start time of the activity under it. Note that if this value is empty, it is because the activity started on the previous day. The last checkout of the day will be displayed on the right side with the checkout time under it. Should a reference activity start right after the duty, such as a hotel activity, this will be displayed to the right of the flight information. When clicking in a day, this will expand and show the activities that start on that given day.
