Open Time Settings

Open time settings are where the admin can define who can do what in Open time.  The user right “Open time settings” under HRE - Human Resource is required.

There should be a setting for every crew group, depending on what each crew group should be able to do. For example, if there are different rules for FO lineholders and FO reserves, a setting should be added for each group. If the rules apply to FO in general, then only one is required. If an FO has other rights when they are on leave of absence, another setting needs to be added for that case. Crew should only be present in one of the settings to make the system work correctly. When creating a new setting, it must be marked as Active to be effective.
