You can select the RostAct ActionGrps icon to access the area:
You must create a Group for each activity from where you have all the rules that apply to that activity. 
Fill in the appropriate fields.
Field | Description |
| Name | The name of the group. |
| Shortcode | This field is optional. |
| Active | Activate the rule. |
| Action | Select the RostAct Action rule. |
| ADD | Add the rule and save. |
Example: A rule for flight leg and a rule for Reference Activities.
Note: It will not work having multiple RefAct rules in the same group.
On the Roster Gantt
Mark the activity, right-click, and select the Acti. button. 
Select the Action Group and click the Apply button. Click the Update to make the change. 
The actions that are applied will be displayed.
