Name: The name of the group Shortcode: The shortcode is optional Active: Activate the rule. Action: Select the RostAct Action rule. In this example we have a rule for flight leg and a rule for Reference Activities. Note: It will not work having multiple RefAct rules in the same group. Add: Add the rule and save. |  |
On the Roster Gantt: Mark the activity, right click and select the Acti. button. |  |
Select the Action Group and click Apply. The actions that will be applied will be displayed. Click update to make the change. |    |
